My experience with this company has been nothing but a migraine headache. I placed an order online - no typos - and never received an order confirmation email, apparently they don't bother sending those out, nor do they send out shipping confirmation emails but I never got one of those either. They promise super fast shipping (5-7 days MAX) and it's been 6 weeks and still no product! I've emailed this companies "premium customer service" team a whopping 10 times, no responses, left 8 voice mails, no callbacks, I wasn't anywhere near an "irate" customer in any of my contact attempts so there's no reason for them to ignore me like that.
They took the money off of my credit card the day I placed the order but like I said, 6 weeks later and still nothing. I've done everything possible as a customer to rectify this situation but they refuse to deal with customers, a paying one at that - 18 times of trying to get a hold of them with no responses, hmmm, definitely something fishy going on here. I even went so far as to ask my postal carrier if he delivered any packages to my house, of course he said no, plus I filed a complaint with the BBB, even though that won't amount to anything. My advice is to stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this company or you'll get ripped off just like I did if yodon't.
