Ordered a package of vinyl bags for a cart. Product cost $30.. Shipping was $10. I realized total was over $50. Went to website next day to find out why. They charged $10 for handling. I immediately tried to cancel order. Used the "report a problem" button on website to send cancellation. Received no response. Tried again a few days later, no response. I tried calling and was placed on hold forever several different times.
About 2 weeks after order was placed, I sent an independent email to customer service to cancel immediately. Was not suprised to get no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card. About 10 days later I received a shipping notice via email. I responded immediately and told them my plight.
I received a curt response that I would be responsible for 25% restocking fee for not cancelling. I replied and attached my email where I cancelled the order 10 days previously. I recieved another curt reply with the same response that I was responsible for 25% restocking fee. I am outraged. I also have filed a complaint with the BBB in Georgia.
I am sick of these internet companies taking advantage of people that can never get through to speak to anyone. They ignore emails and then claim they never received them. I will fight this to the bitter end before they get a 25% restocking fee on something they took a month to ship. I went to another company and got the same product in 5 days.
This company is horrible to deal with and the customer service is non existent until they want to squeeze money out of you. Do not buy from them... You will most likely be sorry. If you dont grow old waiting for the arrival.
