Rude customer service

A good fren of mine asked me to help him make this complain as he's very angry bout wat the customer service lady asked him. He owns credit card from citibank and he's payment is always up to date. Firstly i would like to say is this fren of mine is not educated as he's a chinese educated guy. Citibank credit card center calls him almost every 2 weeks to update him with promotion news, or sometimes regarding his credit card and etc. But none of what they are trying to get to him that he understands. So each time they call up and speakin in BAHASA MALAYSIA, my fren would just tel them "bolek tulung suruh olang cinak cal, gua tak tau apa u cakap". So tis happen for many times but thers not even 1 chinese person could attend to him. One day there's this malay girl from citibank credit card center called again, and he said the same thing " bolek tulung suruh olang cinak cal, gua tak tau apa u cakap" to her... And with a rude and annoying volume she says this "BUAT APA TINGGAL MALAYSIA KALAU TAK TAU CAKAP BAHASA MELAYU, ". So i hope that citibank credit card center will take this matter seriously
