We have been a Citibank / Sears Master Card holder for 11 years with a Platinum status. We never missed a payment. Our Citibank/Sears card was canceled becuase when we made payment we would go down to Sears and make payments with cash. We were given no warning, no letter or call just canceled. When we asked why they said it was because we paid our credit off in cash and "that was unusual". We lost over 15,250 rewards point and were told that there was no way to reverse the decision.
