Qwest changed my email service to CenturyLink. Problems: 1) advertisement on the email page takes up significant space and was informed this cannot be reduced or removed; 2) draft email messages saved do not retain the content; 3) reply messages do not retain the original message even though I set the preference to do this; 4) was told that maybe none of the 4 different internet browsers I use are "compatible" - this seems limiting.
