We, the Grandparents, bought $40 of clothes for our 13 year old Grand-daughter
and then added a $50 Gift Card to the purchase. The sales girl (very much in a hurry) rang up the sale and dropped a Gift Card into the bag without our ever being offered the chance to see the card itself.
When we got home we were mortified to see a half naked boy on the card, NOT A PICTURE WE WOULD HAVE CHOSEN TO GIVE TO OUR 13 YEAR OLD GRAND-DAUGHTER.in a call back to the store we were told we could do NOTHING ABOUT IT! No refund, no exchange, no other choice of a card!
We think some of your displays in the store are inappropriate for the age group you sell to to begin with but never thought we'd be asked to hand them to our 13 year old. A store of this size must have a person for us to appeal to... Who & where are they?
