Horrible service from cincinnati bell

Hello my name is k. Bedgood i have recently retained service for internet & phone with cinicnnati bell telephone. I began service on october 21 and since getting zoomtown the account and experience with cincinnati bell been horrible.in that time since i have gotten t he service i have spoken to over 15 representatives which all provided different information some which was incorrectly advised (which was explained by a supposed to be supervisor named ariel) with the incorrect information that was provided my computer in now not able to access the internet safely. I again have expressed this concern everyday with the exception of sundays since having this service. This company has diplayed such unprofessionalism it's unreal. Even the people who i have spoken to that claim to be supervisors are unprofessional. I was disconnected by 2 supervisors (even though i kept a cool head through out the entire process) the reason i belive i was disconnected is because i asked to speak to the person i was speaking to supervisor. When speaking to several representatives and i requested a supervisor i was asked why i wanted a supervisor and if i wasn't disconnected was left on hold for a very long time without a representative coming back to the line to check back with me. Then i had received several calls from representatives from cicninnati bell in regards to the damage done on the account and my computer, when i called back to reference the information discussed i'm told there is no information reflecting these calls. The person ariel i spoke to last night told me that he would call me back at 3:00 pm today never called. Not to mention i was told on 10/22/09 that a supervisor would contact be back on 10/23/09. After no call had been received i called cbp and was told a supervisor would contact me back by 10/26/09. No call came this day either. I called cbp to be told a supervisor would conatct me back no later then 10/27/09, again no call came. On 11/02/09 i called cbp only to again get the run around. This issue still isn't resolved and still every representative i speak to tells me a different story. I'm told the account is lacking notations and certain calls aren't reflecting in the system. That is not a concern the customer should have to deal with. That is an internal issue for cbp. On the several occassions that i requested a supervisor i was told "they are going to tell you the same thing." i am rendering a service from cincinnati bell and because i am doing so i just want the issue that has came about to be resolved. This is due to a representative advising me to delete a norton program that i was later told that the representative shouldn't have advised this. I was also told by the representative ariel that upon the technical support represenative assisting me with the installation of zoomtown internet security that the sytem requirement information should have been explained to me prior to the representative showing me how to install. I was told that the zoomtown internet security would enhance the service and would be the ideal program to add to the system with zoomtown. No one ever mention system requirements until i spoke to ariel. While he apologized for the mis information that was provided, he advised me to unistall the zoomtown internet security and not to access the internet until he can find a resolution. "when will this be?" ariel told me that i will have to go out and buy the nortons to reistall on my system even though he clearly stated and advised that he was aware of the mistake made by this representative. I did advise that this was unexceptable and there needs to be a positive resolution to this matter. And error made by a company representative isn't something the customer should have to pay for, especially when my computer ran perfect prior to this mistake. Cincinnati bell has never sent a technical support representative to my home to attempt to diagnose and correct the issue. When one contacts technical support it is because they are wanting to get the most accurate information to assure a pleasurable experience with one's service. Technical support representatives each time i have called has taken me through too much with no end result. I am going to cancel the sevice but before i do i want this issue resolved. No one wanted to give a corporate address to express my concerns. Resolved in timely fashion. I am willing to take this as far as i need to go with it.
