I read an ad that said you could join this auction site for free and receive 300 bid points when you enter a promotion code. After signing up and before I placed any bids, I received a charge on my c

I was lured in by an ad from a current customer of PriceShuffle.com when she stated that she had bought a 42 inch LCD TV for $65.
I felt this was a legitimate ad as it was posted as a banner on a reputable website.
I went to PriceShuffle.com and files out required info. I agreed to the terms but did not see the fine print that I would be charged a fee of $149.00 to join and receive initial bid points. As I signed up, I entered the promotion code which, evidently, reduced my enrollment fee to $79.00.
I assumed the add was honest when it stated this was a free promotional membership and I was totally shocked when I saw the charge on my credit card.
I immediately researched PriceShuffle to see if it is a scam and saw blogs from many people that have already been scamed by PriceShuffle.
I have not used ANY of my bid points.
Please let me know if there is anything you can do to get my money refunded back to my credit card
