My company had its regular service from All Air Masters yesterday. When they were done the Service Tech said all they did was change two air filters. Not 5 minutes after they left my A/C unit stopped working - as it always does when they service it. So, this morning I reported to my Corporate office the A/C was not working and of course All Air Masters returned. The Service Tech was here at my location this morning four hours looking for a key - mind you he didn't carry a ladder on his truck. Needless to say - no key, no fix. He left stating that he will return tomorrow with a ladder to repair but yet "turn the power back onto the unit".
I have been with my Company years and this happens every tme they come out. What I find amusing is that one of there Service Techs informed me that if the unit stayed fixed he would be "out of a job". Wow
