We ordered uverse in late January, they installed in Feb. The service does not work we have called several times and still do not have service. We have taken days off of work to have this fixed and still nothing. Friday June 19 we called and a tech came out to tell us we had to call an outside tech because he was an inside tech and our outside telephone wire was bad.
We called they sent 5 techs out at different times and the last one let us no he does not have a ladder on his truck so he could not fix it. Saturday morning we waited all day long (after being promissed this would be fixed and someone was comming out) and finally at 8pm our tech shows up. He was an inside tech!
Needless to say it wasnt fixed! My husband was furious and called demanding that he has a tech out to fix this. They told us they would send one out first thing in the morning. Today our tech shows up and changed a filter because thats all he could find wrong with it. Now we can watch t.V. But if someone calls our t.V. Goes out and you can only watch one t.V. At a time unless you watch the same channel in both rooms.
Also it the phone is in use, you can not use the internet or t.V. Great service! So on fathers day we spent it waiting on a tech that did show up but still doesnt no what wrong. I called uverse once agian to explain we pay 160.00 per month for this crap and all I wanted was a service that this company claims to provide. We are done with this company however I fill like I was robbed for the money we have paid and the service we have not recieved.
