Add me to the long list of Silkies victims. My story is the same, but I returned the merchandise, at my own expense, with a letter telling them what I thought of them and their aggressive marketing.
Now I've received the "past due notice" and am concerned it will somehow make its way to my credit report (will it?). Otherwise, its a joke!
How can they get away with this and what can they do if you just keep the merchandise and don't pay your "bill?"
