Ec'd merchandise not ordered

Silkies Enriche keeps giving me product used to do not purchase and also the postoffice will not deliver it back. I don't desire to purchase anything used to do not purchase and do not wish to spend to deliver it back. Please advise Silkies Enriche to not deliver SOMETHING until I particularly purchase it. Additionally recommend how to proceed using the newest cargo.
