I requested a Cristmas Tree from Sears and without my understanding the Sears site redirected me for this organization by which I requested a prelit clustered alpine pine. After I obtained it it had been significantly smaller then I believed also it was damaged among the limbs was dangling. They explained that I really could return it but at my cost plus they wouldn't return the delivery cost, this can be a 6-foot pine that's likely to charge a lot of money to vessel and that I am livid. I'm in WA condition and that I need to deliver it to NYC. I tried returning it to Sears and they'll not go though it is billed to my Sears bank card.
