Twice for one Refrigerator

Sears charged me twice on my charge card and today they wont provide me my cash back.– Sears actually admits they twice charged me and explained to cope with my charge card organization to challenge the costs. Nevertheless my charge card business advised they couldn’t get involved with this case since purchase was completed significantly more than year before. I've been speaking with Sear nearly year for this issue. But Sears won't react to the problem and wont return for that money-they required from me.

To create things worse this all occurred once I have been awfully stressed-out coping with my dad who had been identified as having fatal cancer and died soon after. This season I'm finally receiving my entire life back together even though performing my tax-return I came across the dual cost from Sears. I had been awfully unhappy at Sears for not being prepared to return my cash once they examined and accepted towards the dual costs. The cost was for $875.55 and that I truly cannot afford to simply allow that one move. I have been residing in America for more than 20 years and also have been an extremely faithful client to Sears and I cannot think Sears did this in my experience. I've all of the info and paperwork regarding this issue and that I actually need your support, please.
