I called UTS requesting maintenance on my treadmill. The technician who was supposed to come fix the machine never showed up, was extremely rude, and refused to allow me to reschedule. I called UTS requesting a different technician to come and fix the treadmill, although the UTS customer service representatives were just as rude over the phone. This company is awful.
