Anyone have advice?
I have been trying to have our Bladez Treadmill serviced and cannot get anyone on the phone through UTS (they are the ones who hold the extended warrenty contract). They have awful phone service and awful customer service. I have even the service tech calling for me to have a part shipped by UTS out to us. Please know that the extended warrenty through this company is a joke and a waste of money.
