We feel the BBB is a scam on the the honest American small business owners, in these challenging economic times and unemployment hovering around 11%, the small business owner is what's keeping some communities and families above water. Therefore Transmission Shack does not communicate with the BBB concerning any complaints due to the fact that we feel it's a waste of our precious time to communicate with an organization that has NO LEGAL POWER OR AUTHORITY to settle anything. In addition we feel the BBB is unfair to all businesses due to the fact the BBB seems to be setup to only process complaints and not any positive comments from any customer.
