I have to give American Airlines credit.

For a company this large with so many things that could piss a person off they really do a good job of taking care of their customers, providing efficient service and a quality experience.

When you think about how hard it is to run an airline and then think about how many people work for them and how many cities they are in it is quite incredible that they do this good a job.

Thanks American for doing a good job.
