I just recently went back to USAA after my first bank account was closed due to accounting mistakes. I just got married and deploying again in Dec. Well while I was training in NJ, my wife took her POA and went and opened a Joint-Account for us on Nov2. So when I came home on the 8th we went to the bank and opened Auto Policies and Renters Insurance to cover our home and car, we thought we were covered. To our suprise USAA's "Higher-ups" decided that we were not good enough to do business with. When were they going to tell us? Were they going to tell us on Friday when my car was broken into while We were attending a birthday party at Peter Piper's Pizza? Or were going to tell us on Nov 27 when all our policies cancelled? Talking about a rip-off. So what happens to all the money I paid in policies? Who keeps that? If I had known that they weren't going to do business with me, I would have kept that $78.35 in my pocket that they claimed I owed. To all my military Brothers and sisters if you are thinking of going there don't!!! I f you do it won't be to long before you are singing the blues
