Ides, wedding, poor quality, bad customer service

After several calls/e-mails with Chapel at the Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, we feel that we are getting nowhere with them. They will not admit fault of ensuring the air was TURNED ON during our August 6th ceremony; and are not willing to correct the resulting appearance of the portraits due to that oversight. Further more, upon receipt of our portraits today (9/21/09) they did nothing to correct the brightness, centering the pose, etc. Even one of our 8x10s had a large line running from the top to the bottom of it (see attached jpeg) that was not in the online viewing on the picture further showing their lack of quaility and concern for its clients.in a seperate issue, we had a wedding cake included in our package and its decoration was of a different color than we'd chosen and the icing had been damaged during its delvery to us. These complaints and the general feeling that "we should be happy with what we got because we took advantage of a special" they had advertised and even stated as such in a reponse to our concerns is why I want to warn all brides to avoid this chapel! This is an once-in-a-lifetime event, every customer should receive their "5-star" service from the chapel regardless of fees paid.
