Received a bill on my creditcard statement for $149.95. We've never agreed to joining any program. The phone number gave me "my" membership number and put me into a loop stating that their phone system was "experiencing longer than average hold times due to a system upgrade" and suggested I call back or go to the web site. The website was no help, but after waiting on hold for about 20-25 minutes I got a live person, who asked for my name and address. I explained the situation and she tried to sell me on the service. I remained firm and calm and she stated that the bill would be reversed in 2-3 days. We'll see.
