I purchased a water softener system from this company. Continual problems, foul tasting water, two visits since installation. Problem has never been resolved. Now the company expects me to pay for a service call for the product they never got right to begin with. I have refused - thus I am stuck with a one year old $2000 water softening system which does not work.
To have to pay again for a system that was never properly installed would only be putting good money into a bad water system - and even worse company. Gordon Brothers Water based in Salem, Ohio. Buyer beware
