First the people came out here on road sales and tested the water with all their cute little gadets. Determinded our water needed one of their systems. After giving us the big presentation about it doing all these good things we accepted and they drew up the paper work right then and there with the amount. When the paper work was drawn up we were buyin a outside system for the entire household and also a under the sink system just for drinking water.
The outside system was going to come with a water softner also produced by aquativa which to this day has never been installed. The water is not clear like promised. The water still has a smell which we had a water system technician from another company come out and look out and he told us it had nothing to do with our water but our water heater. Our water still stains our appliances. Everytime we try to get in touch with aquativa we get wrong numbers and disconnected numbers. The finance company couldnt even find a valid number and refered us to a company to come do the repairs. All in the all it was all a rip off. We are still fighting with the finance company about the money we owe.
