Mark J. Alconada came to our home on 5/14/04 falsely represening Welcome Wagon to Test our water. He promised us a water conditioning system that would solve all our water problems including a salt free system using potassium chloride. When this did not work, on 6/10/04 Anthony Spizzano sent over a service man who refused to take back the system on his instuctions.instead he insalled a salt system.
Two weeks ago we had our water tested by another company and we were informed that we had a water softening system not a water conditioning system. After testing our water we were told that the system was not working at all. Anthony Spizzano refuses to correct our problem mainly because we are located out of his area.
