A part was purchased for my car, it was rack and pinion steering. This company installed it and immediately the car did not steer correctly. It kept getting worse, I contacted the manager and was told that they were not qualified to do this type of work, but did not offer to refund my over $400.00.
I finally took the car to a dealership and was told this was doing serious damage to my car. I called the company and was told they would not give my money back and was talked to very rudely.
I then called the owner and he said maybe I could bring it back and I told him what the manager had told me and he said we are qualified to do this work. Now I have not heard from them and they would not return my calls and it will cost me more money now to get my car fixed properly. I have reported them to the BBB, but I want people to know about them.
