I purchased a noebook computer for my daughter to use in may for grad school. It stoppped working in oct & was returned supposedly fixed after 4 weeks. It is now not working & has been sent for repairs might be returned in 3-4 weeks. The last semester of grad school starts in one week. I cannot even reach a person to talk to about this—I think they should refund our money or give her a loaner.
