Service today 11/16. The technician was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was wrong with my washer. Its ten years old and this is the only time I've had to service it. He was nice and courteous and I would recommend him to my friends and when I need other service I will request him. I was very pleased with this service. His ID# is 0745414.
