I was very happy and satisfied with the recent repair service done on my 4 year old Kenmore Grill. The technician ID No. 0000521 was the best. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. He has serviced my grill twice and during both visits he has proven to be an excellent service technician. Thank you Sears for keeping your word with the extended warranty service. I will continue to do my shopping at Sears.
