This facility is consistently showing favoritism to minority races, and many employees are given certain exceptions and privilege's in regards to duties & responsibilities that does not apply for all employees. There is mis-management of medications in regards to proper documentations of clients medications and records. There have been instances reported of clients mis-handling their own meds and over or under medicating themselves.
There has been unethical practices between (DCS) female staff and male clients, as well as lack of boundaries not only among employees but supervisors as well. Several reports have been made to staff about certain principals and nothing has been resolved.
They are not team players and they do not help each other in times of need. It is a place to work if you just want to bring in a paycheck. There is much wrong in this system.
DeAn Olson the Program Director is letting it go on. Michelle Johnson is a DCS that tries to manipulates staff into working doubles if you don't she gets you fired and she is having sex with some of the male clients. If you don't fall into her favorite categories then she gets you fired the last 4 people fired from there were all white. She tries to use her over powering Black woman power on you if she cant she lies to DeAn and gets you out. It will all surface, I have the documentation of the people being over medicated clients being abused. I pray the clients will survive and report what is going on.
