This facility is consistently showing favortism to minority races, and many employees are given certain exceptions and priviledges in regards to duties & responsibilities that does not apply for all employees.
There is mis-management of medications in regards to proper documentations of clients medications and records. There have been instances reported of clients mis-handling their own meds and over or under medicating themselves.
There has been unethical practices between male staff and female clients, as well as lack of boundaries not only among employees but supervisors as well. Several reports have been made to staff about certain principals and nothing has been resolved.
They are not team players and they do not help each other in times of need. It is a place to work if you just want to bring in a paycheck. There is much wrong in this system.
