I wish to make a complaint against your company! At 6:30 pm, in Tannersville, p. A, i went to one of your establishments! And had the WORST expierence! As i was putting gas into the tank i heard an odd whistling noise, when i lifted my hand they were covered in gasoline, and there was gasoline all over the floor, the pipe was broken, so i went in, made them aware of the problem and asked for a refund, the clerk told me " i told the manager about that, but he said for us to continue letting that pump be used" when the manager came out he had a horrible attitude towards me, i showed him my wet hands from the gasoline, the spot on the floor and how my jacket cuffs were wet, he told me to "stop complaining, and ill give you a nickel back!" i HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED" And he procedded to argue with me about the leak and ignore the fact gasoline was everywhere, thats a safety hazard 1 he even CURSED at me! He was extremely unprofessional and a horrible representation of your business! He YELLED at me in front of people making me feel EXTREMELY embarressed, i was so upset i was almost to the point of tears that i was humiliated like that in front of people and felt foolish for wasting my money, 2 my hands are BURNING and blistering not mention being extremely nautous with a headache from being in the encolsed space of a car in the 20 minute ride home!!! Im extremely upset and sick, and am tempted to tell EVERYONE i come across to NOT use a bp gas station!!! My hands are tingling, my hands are very important to me being that im a hairstylist!!! What is going to be done about this? About him? About the situation! How was treated, lost my money, being sick and hands burning and tingling!!!???
