I would like to file a complaint; Friday June 25 employee by the name of Chantal Williams employee # C4JF1, came to my home about U-verse TV. Talk with her another sale rep outside of my home for about 15 minutes, until my husband invited Chantal into our home. The other employee went on to the other houses. Chantal explained to me what U-verse TV was, I left her in my front room along twice; to help my husband on the computer in the kitchen. I left my pink fossil watch on the coffee table next to my lap top, which I do all the time take my jewelry off when I get home, because I am always on the laptop. I know for a fact that Chantal took this watch, because the next day I notice it was missing. I called and spoke with a rep on Tuesday June 29 explaining to him that I would like to cancel my U-verse, the rep explained to me that the account was never set up. I explained to the rep what had took place and the rep stated that I needed file complaint with consumer appeal. So I am doing so now, after looking everywhere in my house. Can anyone help Me because I do not know what to do to get my watch back?
