Rec'd computer generated postal lettr from Chase. Stating "as a valued card member we want to keep you informed regarding eh condition of your account. We noticed that your Chase credit Card Account referenced above $21.00 is past due.
I/we have never had a Chase Credit card in our lives. This looks like it might be a
'usage' or non-usage charge. Nowhere can I find a straight-forward link on their website to even dispute this nightmare
