Atempt sent by US Mail, claim - credit card account was overdue. I have no account

US Mail letter from Chase Cardmember Service P.O. Box 15548 Wilmington, DE 19886-5548, claiming that my account # ending - 9294 was past due in the amount of $42. I do not have any credit card from Chase, and no credit card # ending... 9294.

I attempted to contact their web site... Www.chase.com/creditcards... Not to make the payment online (as suggested) but to speak to the person who sent me the letter — Janet Gigeous - Customer Support Division. I was unable to connect with the e-mail address listed.

I did not send any payment.

Please advise if you think the letter I received would be of any help to you.
