Charged me for service for 2 months after I asked them to disconnect the service and caused overdraft charges Internet

My daughter had an account with Cricket cell phone for herson. He broke the phone and lost itseveral times, so she decided to disconnect the service. The first part of September, before the bill was due, she called to have theservice disconnected and the first lady told her that she couldn't help her andhung up. She called back and got a manthat told her the service was already disconnected. When it came time for the account to be paid, they took the money out of her account, causing an overdraft because she didn'tallow for the money to be there because they told her that it wasdisconnected. She then went to the storeand waited for 3 hours. They told herthat they submitted the paperwork to the corporate office for a refund.

She made the mistake of taking their word forit. Then when the bill date came duethis month, they took the money out again. The amount is now $120 that they have taken from her account for aservice that is supposed to be disconnected and when she called, they give herthe runaround and she had to talk to 5 people, asking for a supervisor theyjust transferred her to another associate. They then told her that the account was never "completely"disconnected and they didn't have any records of her calling at the beginningof September, they then told her that they couldn't help her and transferredher again, and again. Every time telling her that she didn't call in since May, but she has phone records showing that she called them.
I left using Cricket for the same reason. They could never keep the bill straight andthe service isn't that good and when you call on the bill, they tell you thatyou don't know what you are looking at and to quit looking at the bill. The only way that I know that anyone has gotten an account disconnected is to quit paying them.
I need some help on this matter since it doesn't doany good to call them or go into the
