Dear BestBuy I bought a Blackberry storm 2 from you store with insuranceI was informed that it was 99 dollars for 1 year, but it seems I was grossly misinformed my your sales rep. My phone goes on the fritz and I respond to your BESTBUY in Silver Spring MD and I get the tough luck story. I cancelled my credit card months ago and my insurance went with it and from the looks I am not the only consumer subject to this fraud of BestBuy employees misleading buyers to buy insurance.
