This year I purchased a verizon phone because of verizons superior tower coverage in my area. I went to Bestbuy to avoid the long lines and arrogant customer service personal at the local verizon store. At Bestbuy I purchased a 2yr. Service plan from them - not verizon.
After a month of high billing charges, I scrutinized the bill and found that I have been signed up for verizons insurance, this was a Bestbuy employee fault. I called verizon to get a refund since I have already purchased a full two year agreement from Bestbuy of their inhouse plan and don't need to have two insurance plans. They refused a refund but would be more than happy to take the insurance off my phone.
