I invested 5000 dollars into a franchise with Derreck, Smith&spectrum cleaning concepts on sept. 8 and for my 5000 dollars i was supposed to get 3000 dollars amonth in cleaning contracts. The contract says that he has 120days to fulfill this obligation. Well the time has passed, and now he won't return my phone calls, he's moving all around so you can't get a warrant served on him.
