Derreck Smith sold me a franchise. I gave him $2200 down, 5 days later he gave me a disk and binder full of out dated cleaning instructions and another companies cleaning dvd from the 60's. He stop taking my calls after I requested more information about the business and other franchise owners. He never gave me chemicals or equipment, and refused to show me how to get my own contracts.
