I refinanced my home. I had GMAC - they were wonderful. It was transferred to Bank of America. They add a charge it you do not have an account with them. Their server was down so I had to make a phone payment. The customer service person was rude and THEN tried to sell me term life insurance. Yuck. This is an aweful institution and I will not ever set up an account with them. I bank with Key
Bank. They are not scammers like Bank of America. Caveat Emptor.
