Mark says - Misleading advertising - if you're sending sunglasses in for repair, don't believe a word of the advertising. They say they'll recreate the same lenses or crystals for your frames, but don't believe it. Glass lenses? Polarized? Nope. You’ll get back cheap plastic lenses for the price of new glasses regardless of what you request or what the advertising says, and they won't tell you any different until after it is done, and then hold the glasses hostage till you pay
