Sent Me Wrong Glasses, Refuses to Fix

I ordered three pairs of glasses from Zenni Optical. One was supposed to be a full set of frames, with lenses that have an anti-glare/anti-fingerprint coating. The other two were meant to be empty frames, used as backups if the first frames got damaged - prior experience has taught me that Zenni's frames are very prone to getting damaged.

When I received them, all three had prescription lenses, and none of them had the anti-glare/anti-fingerprint.

I was told I would have to send them back, paying to fix THEIR mistake. Under no circumstances would the shipping costs be refunded. And, if they found the glasses to have been made 'to spec', I would have to pay 50% of the initial cost, plus shipping, to get them back.

Their representatives were completely useless and hostile - even accusing me of lying and saying that only one pair had the prescription lenses, when all three did. If I can put on all pairs, and see completely fine, then all three have prescription lenses!

I consider them to be a ripoff and will look elsewhere for cheap glasses.
