Poor customer service

I financed the purchase of a vacuum with Wells Fargo. I had a difficult time with the website paying online. After a lengthly phone call, I finally talked with a representative to navagate a path to my first payment. The second bill arrived, once again, I could not access my account online. I neglected to make the payment and did not realize it until I received the third bill. I once again tried to access my account online to no avail. I contacted Wells Fargo by phone and finally talked to a person. I explained my situation. I wished to pay my bill and asked if they would wave the late payment. (Many times a credit institution will grant a one time waver.) They refused. I then asked if they could change the monthly bill due date to correspond with my other bills. They refused. I then asked if I could set up an automatic bill pay for the remainder of my payments. They said they do not offer this option. I may only set it up on line to pay up to 6 months. They did help me access my online account by giving me a new password. I wonder if it will work next month? Wells Fargo was very poor with their customer service. I regret having to finance through them and will try to avoid any future business with them.
