Have had ongoing issues with the turbostick product for sometime now. After going through technical support loading and unloading, upgrading, uninstalling and installing, was told to take it to a Bell store. There I was told the product would be sent out for 5 to 10 business days leaving me without access to the web via the product I paid good money for and pay good money to use. I asked if it would be possible to receive a replacement at their store and was told not possible. Asked if my account would reflect the lost time of the turbostick was told to contact customer service. That is my biggest problem, not totally competent on the computer was unable to make contact with customer service. Did find an area to e-mail Mr. Mayer of customer service but was told that the server didn, t acknowledge my e-mail address anymore. Thank-you for providing an easy forum
