Purchased a home that is molded and many defect which wasnt repaired by wattarnty date

I purchased a 1999 southern double wide mobile home from ken-co company of lake city, sc which the sales person was very nice and told me i was given a 30day warrany on contract and was siad this had been or would be refurbished, "like new", cleaned ad that he would set-up the home on my lot "fully", "completey, and to the manfactures's speciications, inoperable, or anything else wrong can be repaired as necessary in the 1st 30 days. That it was said to be a great home and was given a written warranty i agreed to trade my 16x80 horton home for the new home of 33,900 which was finance through ken-co. I took my saving to add extra things to the home and had to remove them not even a wk after placing in home i purchased in oct and wasnt able to spend a wk due to home defect and molded. I had a private mold company to come out and have testing done which recommend me the single mother of 3 childrens to not go back in home. I then called the ins company out because of the singles coming off my 10day roofing by ken-co and they then told me the smell that was coming from in the house was mold and had leaks that was destroying the sub-floor. The inspector also did a home report that has things as leaky plumbing causing saturated sub-floor areas and electrical problems, inaccurately installed sewage piping leading to spillage of human waste underneath the home with signifcant sewage gas odor, failure to install cut-off vavles, improperly piped and vented drainage system, exposed sewage drain line, sewage back up, sewage entering home, contaminated and damage wood arcas from prior flooding and saturation, contamination and damage carpets, wall finishes, wood, etc, throughout the home to be cleaned, treated and removed, gaps at the joining of the double wide home and floor, humps and dips, racking and bowing, of floors, prior termite actiity, active leaking due to inadequate installation and setup, wet, soft and collapsed sub-flooring, wet joists, harmful mold black mold or stachybotrys, scopulariopsis, penicillium/aspergillus, curvularia, basidiospores, and cladosporium, faulty gfi's, improper screws, dangerous electrical wiring between the two halves of the home during set up, overly rusted, corroded and dirty hvac unitm and duct work must be replaced, dirt corrosion rust and musk in the ventilation system, no air filter, wet and contamintated insulation, floor cave in from leakage in master bed room and kitchen celing and walls. Possible variance in pier heights due to settement/improper set-up and active leaking at windows sills areas due to improper sealant, installation of trim, etc. Ken-co was aware of all the defects in the home that had not been adequately "refurbised" as well as defects in the transportaion, installation and set up of the home. I was informed by the private company inspectors will on hand paper work that this company failed to properly construct, assemble, locate an set up home in accordance with applicable building codes and was asked back for my trade in and refused to take the trade in diff. Back and i take my trade in back. This has left me as a single mother of three out of a home for x-mas and here's another x-mas and we're still without a home due to unfairness and wrongful selling in south carolina spending money out living from house to house. With all this being said i've contacted the company by mail and by phone and nothing has been resovle with this matter and he the salesman told me to contact the labor of housing so this tells me the company has no care and with all that said we have arbitration agreement that can only be handle through mediation.
