Deceptive sales tactics generally includes baiting you with promises of being able to secure loans/business credit (both secured and unsecured) to fund your start-up or existing business, contract distraction techniques to confuse you and prevent you from thoroughly reading what you're agreeing to in the contract, and then failure to respond to your requests for assistance, generating more charges to your credit cards without notice or permission.
