This company is too much! They promise you unsecured lines of credit for your business and if they sense any desperation at all they move in like sharks for the kill. When you first learn of their lofty fee of $2,500 (I've read of different fees in other complaints), which is referenced in their online (emailed to you while you're on the phone) contract, they immediately begin using "rushing" tactics by firing a barrage of constant questions at you to confuse and distract you, acting in an impatient manner and insinuating that you're stupid for having to read such a "boilerplate" contract. If that doesn't work, they draw your attention to this clause and that - everywhere except where you should be focusing your attention.
Do not fall for their pitch!!!
Ask that you be allowed time to review their contract before electronically signing it. THEY WILL RESIST THIS because once you read the first three clauses, there is no one in their right mind that would agree to let them charge your credit cards for any fees they want, any time they want.By signing this contract, you're agreeing to let them do that.
If you encounter them and find the same thing I did, take the time to report them online to BBB Utah, Federal Trace Commission, and the Utah Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection. We have to come together to stop predatory companies like this from preying on small business simply because we're vulnerable and most of us don't have staff attorney's that would tell us not to engage with companies like this.
