Ordered on September 1st (ORDER # 2290534), they took my money from the bank next day, i called on the 10th, someone told me cigarrets were back order, never received any email to let me know they were out, (I ordered over the phone and the person told me they were available) for my bed luck the site went off during the same call, before i could even change my order, I called back 7 times, they never answered and the site is gone. I have never had problems with them until now. I really have bad feelings, after read all the complains. I think we should get all together and find out what to do, PLEASE READ THIS
