New Service Installation Problems and Unreachable Tech Support

I got new service on the 2nd of sept. Ie day before yesterday. I have problem using it the way we have been using before. The tech who came to install was not knowledgeable. Since the installation I have been trying to contact tech support without much success, I have spent over 3 hours reaching without success.
