Thank you so much, Mr. Craig Gillispie. He absolutely turned everything around for my family! I had been without a working washer for three weeks when finally he stepped into the picture. Wrong parts had been ordered more then once, one day we even had a no-show. Sears was constantly calling me to make sure I would be there for their workers—but I was not getting any closer to a fixed washer as the weeks went by! It cost over $100.00 to bring my huge family's clothing to the laundry mat for that long... I would like this money back. Sears was anything but impressive. But in the meantime, I wanted to sincerely thank Mr. Gillespie for caring enough to call around town for my part, for calling other workers to see if they had my part... For doing everything in his power to help a mom with four kids! Normalcy has returned! Thank you, Craig Gillispie!!! Sears should try to hire more people just like YOU!
